The Kościerzyna Commune will build the harbor in Wielki Podleś and Nowa Kiszewa and transfer in Stawiski and Nowa Kiszewa. The Stara Kiszewa Commune will build transfer stations in Stary Bukowiec, Ruda and Zamek Kiszewski and canoeing in Bartoszylas and Góra (Dolne Maliki). Skarszewy Commune will build berths in Pogódki, Jaroszew, Czarnocin and Skarszewy, the harbor and transfer in Czarnocińskie Piece and transfer in the Dolina (Młyn).
